About the position
An opportunity currently exists to Lead & Manage the Telstra Store at Port Pire. Your key responsibilities will be to lead and motivate your team on delivering on set targets. The environment is fast paced, and the rewards are great. You will have the opportunity to grow your business and to form real relationships with your customers. You will report to the Area Manager & Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure you deliver on KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to four customer facing consultants.
- Regular coaching of team members for improved results.
- Ensure that you and your staff meet targets and KPIs.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store and ensure that visual merchandising meets high standards.
- Be accountable for the results of your store and your people.
Skills and Experience
- You will have proven experience within high level customer service.
- The ability to think laterally and outside the square to resolve problems.
- Preferably, you will have had experience in a people manager position.
- Demonstrate where you have previously delivered on KPIs and achieved on targets on an ongoing basis.
- You will have had experience in managing conflict resolution.
